Good news for Xbox Game
Ultimate Pass subscribers!
If you’re an Xbox Game
Pass Ultimate subscriber, from 10th November onwards you will be
accessing EA Play – just in time for Microsoft’s next-gen console
launch! The timing couldn’t be more perfect.
According to the latest
developments, the EA Play arrives on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate the same day as
the launch of Microsoft’s Xbox Series S and Xbox Series S consoles. Apparently,
only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be getting access to EA Plat
games, for now, along with the bundled Xbox Live Gold benefits and xCloud for
$14.99 a month!
The access to EA Play
means additional 60 EA games like The Sims and Mass Effect. You must know that
EA Play is like Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, however, the problem is that
it’s only exclusive to EA’s games.
Apart from EA Play,
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers are all set to play games and download on Windows 10 PCs in December. This will definitely boost the games collection currently available on PC.
Do you know that
Microsoft has planned on adding Bethesda’s classic franchise to the Xbox Game
Pass for both PC and console users? This, of course,
comes after Microsoft purchased ZeniMax – Bethesda Softworks parent company –
like we reported before. Hence, Doom Eternal is amongst the first additions
followed by several others.
Another important
change that you must be aware of is that Microsoft will be canceling EA Play
subscriptions soon if you’re subscribed to both Xbox Game Pass and EA Play.
Naturally, it will be adding the remaining over 50 days to Xbox Game Pass
Ultimate ratio. You can check out the FAQ section at the Microsoft Xbox site
where all essential dates and subscription-related information is provided.
