Chris Evans Schools Trump for his “don’t be afraid of COVID-19” message

It feels more appropriate coming from
Captain America…

Donald Trump tweeted this afternoon that he is all
fine and will be returning to the office after successfully wrestling with
COVID-19 in the hospital for days. His treatment for the virus will now be
continued from the White House.

Mark Meadows, Trump’s chief of staff told the
press that his COVID symptoms were “very concerning,” and Trump’s doctor—initially
dodging the question during a press conference—admitted that he needed to put
on oxygen.

His doctors said that Trump has been given a dose
of dexamethasone, which is usually recommended for patients with severe and
critical COVID-19 symptoms.

So, the overall condition of Trump was clearly really
bad.

Anyways, despite all the severity of his condition
and of 210,000+ Americans, Donald Trump tweeted “don’t be afraid of COVID-19!”,
attempting to neglect the severity of the virus, yet again!

Seems like after Coronavirus,
he has totally lost his mind.

As usual, his “don’t afraid” message proved to be
controversial, as it didn’t sit right with many Americans, including our
Captain America- Chris Evans!

One of the most admired superheroes, Chris Evans
took to Twitter to share his views and we must admit, he freaking nailed it!

“Don’t be afraid of COVID?!” the actor tweeted.
“You have been under round-the-clock care by the best doctors using the best
drugs. Do you really think everyone has access to that?!”

He absolutely thrashed
the President for his stupid, self-absorbed stance.

His response was applauded by many, including
those who personally felt the dread of this virus and had lost their loved ones
to it.

Including those who suffered from the virus
firsthand…

And also those who are on the front line
preventing people from dying of COVID-19:

Moral
of the story is: unless you have a private team of doctors assessing your
health condition round-the-clock, a private helicopter to take you back and
forth from the hospital, a windfall to afford expensive drugs and treatments,
you should better take Coronavirus seriously!
