It has been some time since the Smucker’s squeeze jam has been mocking us while looking absolutely ridiculous sitting beside the traditional peanut butter partner.

Recently J. M. Smucker Company announced that it’s company staple is going modern by adopting the squeezable pouch.  This means that Jif will be available in squeezable pouches nationwide from July onwards.

There are many advantages of this look change. To start off, you will not use and wash fewer utensils. And if that’s not enough for you, then you also get to scream at your children and tell them to make their own goddamn sandwiches. How does that sound to you?

In a press release, Rebecca Scheidler, the Vice President of Marketing for the Jif said: “With our new squeezable pouch, we’re making it even easier and quicker for Jif lovers everywhere to get their Jif fix. No more ‘peanut butter knuckles’ when you’re trying to get the last ounce of goodness from the bottom of the peanut butter jar -- No knife. No spoon. No problem!”
