Prince Harry, who recently announced that he and his wife Meghan Markle were expecting their second child, made a surprise appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden. He hopped on a double-deck bus with Corden as they toured around the city of Los Angeles, revealing plenty about his life after being “stripped” off his royal titles and patronages by his grandmother, the Queen.

Fresh air, Los Angeles beauty, and a good company provided a perfect environment for the Duke of Sussex to open up about his mental health, his son Archie, and how he fell in love with his wife.

His wife, Meghan Markle, also made a short virtual cameo in the middle of the interview, donning a blue smocked dress with loose curls, and disclosed the surprising nickname she has given to her husband.

While commenting on his decision to move away from the UK, Prince Harry said, “It was a really difficult environment, as I think a lot of people saw. We all know what the British press can be like, and it was destroying my mental health. I was like, this is toxic. So I did what any husband and what any father would do. It was like, I need to get my family out of here.”

Harry also explained that how difficult it is for the Royal to date (of course they can’t use Tinder, duh!) “Dating with me, or any member of the royal family, I guess, is flipped upside down. All the dates become… watching the TV or chatting at home. Once you eventually become a couple, then you venture out to dinners to the cinema.”

But in-home dates has its own perks: “everything was done back to front with us. We got to spend an enormous amount of time just the two of us, rather than going to friends’ houses or out to dinner, where there were other distractions,” he said.
