An open air bus tour of Los Angeles was all it took for Prince
Harry to reveal the darkest secrets of his personal life after Royal split.
Prince Harry, who recently announced that he and his wife
Meghan Markle were expecting their second child, made a surprise appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden. He
hopped on a double-deck bus with Corden as they toured around the city of Los Angeles,
revealing plenty about his life after being “stripped” off his royal titles and
patronages by his grandmother, the Queen.
Fresh air, Los Angeles beauty, and a good company provided a
perfect environment for the Duke of Sussex to open up about his mental health,
his son Archie, and how he fell in love with his wife.
His wife, Meghan Markle, also made a short virtual cameo in
the middle of the interview, donning a blue smocked dress with loose curls, and
disclosed the surprising nickname she has given to her husband.
Well, we have barely scratched the surface, here are 9
shocking details about Prince Harry life he revealed in a candid interview with
to California because of Toxic British press
While commenting on his decision to move away from the UK,
Prince Harry said, “It was a really difficult environment, as I think a lot of
people saw. We all know what the British press can be like, and it was
destroying my mental health. I was like, this is toxic. So I did what any husband
and what any father would do. It was like, I need to get my family out of
knows we think that Royals don’t carry cash
Don’t lie! You must have come across a rumor that the
members of the Royal Family don’t carry cash. Of course they are royals, they
don’t go around in a grocery store to pick some bread like we do! And why would
they even? After all they have thousands of servants at their service all the
Well, it turns out Harry knows all such rumors and love to
poke fun at! When the host asked him to board on the bus and pay the fare, he
sarcastically replied, “You know us royals, we don’t carry cash.”
But, oh dear, Harry, you’re no longer a royal now….
wife calls him with a very weird nickname
At one point during the candid interview, the Duke and
Corden Facetime the duchess. “Haz,” she asks, “How is your tour of L.A going?”
Corden immediately responded on behalf all of us, “Haz? Is that what we’re
calling you now?”
some views about Netflix’s The Crown
It’s uncertain whether the Duke has binged the entire
Netflix’s series “The Crown” nor not but we do know that he doesn’t mind the
portrayal, in fact, he appreciates it! “They don’t pretend to be news. It’s
fictional,” he says. “But…. it give you a rough idea about what the lifestyle, what
the pressures of putting duty and service above family and everything else,
what can come from that.”
Moreover, The Duke would choose The Crown’s writer Peter
Morgan over the British journalists any day: “I am way more comfortable with
The Crown than I am seeing the stories written about my family or my wife or
myself,” he says. “It’s the difference between, that is obviously fiction, take
it how you will, but this is being reported as fact because you are supposedly
news. I have a real issue with that.”
If he had
to cast an actor to play his character in The
Then, that would be Damian Lewis! Umm… but isn’t he too old
He knew Meghan was the “ONLY ONE” on their second date!
The Duke fell in love with the Duchess on their second date.
“The second date I was starting to think, Wow, this is pretty special,” the
prince shared his feelings with Corden when he asked about the couple’s
relationship. Harry also explained that how difficult it is for the Royal to
date (of course they can’t use Tinder, duh!) “Dating with me, or any member of
the royal family, I guess, is flipped upside down. All the dates become…
watching the TV or chatting at home. Once you eventually become a couple, then
you venture out to dinners to the cinema.”
But in-home dates has its own perks: “everything was done
back to front with us. We got to spend an enormous amount of time just the two
of us, rather than going to friends’ houses or out to dinner, where there were
other distractions,” he said.
Royal couple spend their nights like an average couple
They give their son a bath, read him a story book, put him
to bed, and have some time together to watch television. What do they watch?
You may ask. Well, “Jeopardy, may be a little bit of Netflix.”
Grandmother has got Archie a waffle-making machine for Christmas!
Wait… what?? Not a toy, not a diamond, not a freaking
property! Queen Elizabeth got a waffle machine to her grandson, Archie and he
seems to be loving it! In fact, every morning he wakes up and goes, “Waffle?”
first word was not ‘Momma’ or ‘Dadda’
The newly-became parents were there when Archie’s’ spoke his
first word. And it wasn’t mama or dada nor even grandma, it was “crocodile.” Well,
it’s unclear how that came to be, but the proud dad continued going into
raptures over his first-born. “My son is now just over a year and a half. He is
hysterical. He has got the most amazing personality. He is really putting
three, four words together. He is already singing songs.”
