“Excuse me preacher, have you got time for a sinner?”
Do you want to see an epic faceoff between Spiderman and Batman? Then, this movie has got all that feels but in a psychological thriller way.
Tom Holland, Stan Sabastian and Robert Pattison feature in Netflix’s forthcoming ‘The Devil All the Time’, a thriller-horror set in the aftermath of World War II in Knockemstiff, Ohio.
Adapted from Donald Ray Pollock’s best-selling novel of the same name, the film unravels a range of “sinister characters” in post-world war 2 Ohio, each character dealing with the consequences and damages they experience during the war.
In a trailer, we can see a corrupt ‘preacher’ played by Pattinson, a serial killer couple, along with a cop who believes that some people are born to be buried.
The first look of The Devil All the Time has all the twists and turns you can find in small-town horror fueled up with the Christian imagery that put it all together in a fight between the devil and the angel.
Why is it that the most remote places of the country give birth to the most tragic of the stories? Well, you will most probably find it in this movie.
Oh, and there’s gonna be winter soldier (Stan Sebastian) and Pennywise (Bill Skarsgard) too… Check out the trailer here:
The Devil All The Time is scheduled to drop on Netflix on September 16.
